Payments

• Car Excellence chauffeurs will always take the most direct and convenient route to your destination unless the hirer specifically requests otherwise.
• Car Excellence vehicles will only be operated by their own chauffeurs.
• Car Excellence operates a No Smoking policy in all of its vehicles.
• Car Excellence will not be held responsible for any appointment, flight or sailing times which may be missed due to traffic or road conditions which are outside of the control of the chauffeur. However our vehicles are equipped with devices which should help avoid such circumstances.
• Car Excellence will make minor itinerary adjustments free of charge, but reserves the right to make charges for other adjustments not previously agreed to.
• Car Excellence accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage or property of the hirer within the vehicle.
• Car Excellence reserves the right to charge a £100 valeting fee for any misuse or damage to the vehicle caused by the hirer or their fellow passengers.
• Car Excellence reserves the right to refuse travel to any person deemed to be a nuisance or danger to the chauffeur, the hirer or accompanying passengers. If required police intervention will be relied upon.
• Car Excellence has the right to refuse to carry any illegal substances or devices within the vehicle. (e.g. drugs and firearms).
• Car Excellence will only transport pets if prior written permission has been obtained at the time of booking. Guide dogs are always permitted, but notification at time of booking would be appreciated.

• Car Excellence reserves the right to make the following charges:

        25% cancellation charge if notified less than one week prior to pick-up but not less
         than 8 hours.

        50% cancellation charge if notified between 4 and 8 hours prior to pick-up.

        100% cancellation charge if notified within 4 hours of pick-up or if no notification at all.

• A deposit of 25% will be required to secure provisional bookings at least 24 hours prior to pick-up time.  Outstanding balances must be paid to the chauffeur on completion of the hire.
  Payment can be made by cash, or cheque (with guarantee card).
